​Delivery Information
  1. All items take standard 7 to 12 working days to arrive into stock once ordered, However exceptions to this rule do occur due to Covid and Brexit 
  2. All items are checked for faults and damage prior to leaving for delivery 
  3. Some delays are inevitable in some circumstances due to shipping delays such as weather , national holidays in the Uk and Holland , and other unseen delays . We will do our best to advise of delays on our social media outlets and our website as and when we know of them
  4. We use Priority shipping for delivery  ( An post registered parcel delivery , Fastway couriers and Homedel.ie delivery service ) 
  5. Uncollected boxes or Missed deliveries - Where an item is delivered via an post and there is no one home to sign for and or the item fails to be collected in An Post Depots within the allotted time , the item is then returned to us . We do not know until it actually arrives back to us , that it has failed to be signed for . 
  6. All items over 15kg in weight are now carried by HomeDel.ie , who are a point to point courier service ensuring safety and quality of delivery. Delivery with Homedel.ie starts at 35 Euros and for larger heavier items will be 85 euros . Items delivered by this method are Priority shipped and return costs must be covered by the customer . The HomeDel.ie team will inspect items upon collection and on delivery to ensure quality
  7. All Mirrors and glass furniture are carried only by Homedel.ie as of the 1st November 2020

Returns information and Rights
  1. Cooling of Period - You have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase , notification to return must be made within this period and a refund will be issued in full once the product has been delivered back in saleable condition in original packaging .
  2. If an item is Damage on Arrival , pictures should be taken in its arrived state , all attempted repairs void any refunds . Please do not attempt repairs without contacting Frank@TheStoreRoom.ie . Unfortunately we cannot be sure if damage has occured before or after a repair 
  3. Refunds can take between 3-5 Working days to appear in back in your method of payments account 
  4. Eu law states that items not damaged or returned in cool of period are at the returnees expense , IE you are responsible for return delivery costs 
  5. Damaged Goods - In most cases of goods being damaged during transport we will issue a prepaid label to attach to item and return via An Post at any local post office . All damaged goods must be notified to us within the 14 day cool off period , this date starts from date of receipt of goods via registered courier
  6. Pallet delivery Costs - Larger furniture is delivered by Pallet at a cost of 50 euros per pallet . Any items delivered by pallet that are being returned for cooling period reasons have to be arranged and paid for by the customer to return . 
  7. Replacements - Once an item has been returned within the cooldown period as faulty we will replace it , if the item  has to be sourced again from our over seas supplier , this takes the same original 7 to 12 working days to source . If a customer does not wish to wait a refund can be issued 
  8. In Unsigned for cases , The parcel has arrived at its destination , Delivery has been attempted. As this has incurred the delivery charge further delivery costs will be reapplied to re send the item , or it can be collected from us , if this is not acceptable by customers then a refund can be issued 
  9. In the case of Custom orders - where in items are requested to be altered in some shape or form from original advertised design , No Refund will be given , altered items cannot be returned to stock 
  10. All Flaws - Defects - Issues or problems must be made aware to us before the end of the cooldown period of 14 days upon receipt of product whether its a fault or a change of mind . Outside of this time limit we cannot know how or why a fault has occured and as such cannot accept responsibility for the item .
  11. Refunds - Items sent back for return within the cool down period will be inspected upon arrival , must be in intact original packaging so that it may be restocked and must be in saleable condition . Refunds can take 3-5 working days to appear back in your account

  1. Paypal is our Payments processor 
  2. You can use all Major credit , Debit cards at checkout and or Paypal Balance
  3. As paypal is our processor , all refunds issued are issued immediately through paypal and can take 3-5 working days to process
